"Dat komt door de wet van de grote getallen. Grote energiebesparingen zijn het snelst te realiseren door doeltreffende maatregelen bij de mensen thuis. Als we nu alle conventionele ketels zouden vervangen door HR-ketels, realiseren we met relatief weinig inspanningen grote besparingen. En dat met een vertrouwd product dat zich al dertig jaar in de praktijk bewijst." The 3000 houses that participated in ERA's Rural Open Houses Route should rejoice in an average number of visitors to 8 (or about 4 persons households). From the 'kijkersstaking' where the last months they had noticed nothing today.
ERA spokesman Arjan Terpstra was quite clear: 'We have understood that all participating houses are visited.The ERA-brokers, the participants in housing brochures given to parts of the visit. Some called early in the afternoon with all the demand for more brochures. 's Morning the weather was bad. It rained long and it was bleak. This was the people not against.
