'Daarom bedachten we samen met onze adviseur Forseti voor de aanstaande nieuwe concessie – vanaf september 2010 – een andere aanpak. We hebben alle inschrijvende bedrijven gevraagd hoe je naar hun mening de betrokkenheid en de kwaliteit van de chauffeurs kon verbeteren via een beloningssysteem. Daar zijn erg leuke reacties op gekomen, die we hebben meegenomen in het beoordelen van de offertes. Mede op basis daarvan konden we drie nieuwe concessieuitvoerders (Taxi Centrale Schoorl, Connexxion Taxi Services –CTS- en De Vier Gewesten-JvdN) aantrekken, die deze bonusregeling in hun werkinstructies opgenomen hebben.'
